“On 15 October 2023, my wife and I had a perfect wedding. There was only so much that we could do in pre-planning the wedding prior to the event day. Luckily, we made the right choice to engage Yik Kee to be our wedding planner. She assisted us tremendously in fine tuning the run sheet prior to the event and providing valuable input on the event flow. On the wedding day itself, she ran the event smoothly and flawlessly, while keeping to our tight schedule. We had an early start for the gate crashing, and tea ceremony session in the morning. We then proceeded with the Exchange of Vows ceremony in the evening followed by the banquet dinner. Despite running into a few hiccups, Yik Kee managed to assist us to resolve them efficiently and effectively. With Yik Kee and her team running the show, my wife, family and I had significantly more time to rest prior to the event starting and were able to mingle more with our guest once the event started, as we were not bogged down trying to coordinate different things with the vendors & hotel staffs. I have no regrets engaging Yik Kee to plan and execute the arrangements on my wedding day. “Choosing Yi Kee and her team as our wedding coordinators was one of the best decisions we made. From the very beginning, Yi Kee was a tremendous help, stepping in about a month before our wedding to take over the planning and coordination. She planned the agenda, liaised with all our vendors, and managed to pull everyone together, making sure every detail was covered. She offered lots of helpful tips and suggestions, including recommending flowers based on the bride's dresses, giving inputs on when to slot in the photo sessions etc. Her advice was invaluable and really helped us shape the day into something special. One of the standout aspects of working with Yi Kee was her incredible responsiveness. We were both overwhelmed by all the activities and often forgetful, but she was always quick to respond to our queries and constantly reminded us of what needed to be done and when. This proactive approach made us feel supported and kept us on track throughout the planning process. On the wedding day itself, Yi Kee and her team were nothing short of amazing. They were all super friendly, cheerful, and they worked harmoniously with all our vendors, bridal party, and groomsmen.
